First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, Company Name, How Can We Help, Project Details. This is to request a meeting and/or request information about our services, or to contact technical support.

Website/Web App Data

User activity, Cookie Data, Login Information. This data helps us improve website visitor experience, to market our services, and to prevent fraudulent activity.

HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We will never share, sell, or rent your information to anyone. We collect information to deliver services and to improve your online experience. We may share your personal information outside of Pixels 360 if we receive a valid request by public authorities.

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR DATA

When you submit information to Pixels 360 via the website, your data is protected both online and offline. Whenever we collect personal information such as your email address and company name, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for the lock icon in the address bar of your browser and looking for “https” at the beginning of the website address of our website (https://www.pixels-360.com).

While we use encryption to protect personal and sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, accounting or technical support) are granted access to your personally identifiable information.

All the data that Pixels 360 collects is passed through or processed via an online 3rd party service that Pixels 360 either obtains for free, subscribes to or has some form of payment plan with. This includes Google (Google Analytics), SendGrid (to process form data), Amazon Web Services (hosting and other services), Microsoft (Office 365), and others. All services from these 3rd party vendors and/or partners of Pixels 360, at the time of publishing this notice, have end-to-end encryption for sending and receiving data.
